The Holy charged Winter Solstice of 21st December was a final gateway to move from the dark and return to the Light. As we bring to completion the energetic vibration of the healing Mastery number 11 that has played out throughout this year, we are now in a place of integrating all the lessons, awareness, and enlightenment that was exposed and needed for our souls growth.

The Winter Solstice is always a time for going deep within, reflection and planning for the future. It is also a time of the changing of a season, reviewing, and emotional releasing.

The alignment of the Winter Solstice, which was almost occurring with the last Full Moon of the year in Cancer, along with a meteor shower, is calling us to the new – including a new direction.

Being the darkest night of the year in the Northern hemisphere, we are being suffused with a strong wave and powerful force of the Dark Mother/Feminine energy. So Love’s message from the Black Rose this month is this:

The past has died

What are you hanging onto that needs to be left in the dark?

What is your gift to bring forward in 2019?

We have a wonderful opportunity throughout this season to release the usual out of date thoughts, beliefs and behaviours from our energy fields as we prepare ourselves to receive and accept the new energies in whatever form they may be, from the upcoming shifts into the Light.

2018 has seen many going through a Dark Night of the Soul with deep betrayals, family issues, misunderstandings, scapegoating and shaming, life lessons, self sacrificing, and tower moments to show us something about ourselves….yet these experiences were to clear karmic cycles for our Hearts to be healed and renewed so we can step more into our sovereignty and birth something amazing.

For many of us, including me, 2018 has been a year of some deep painful challenges that were to serve our highest good and spiritual evolution.

Yet it has not been in vain, for they were to bring forth more of our soul’s Light so we can now stand on the threshold of new experiences, opportunities and our divine purpose to share with others what we learnt from these painful experiences.

We are on the brink of positive change yet there is one final purging before we can plant the seeds to be harvested next year. Now is the time to enter the darkness to release what is now complete. Old feelings, old stories, even suppressed feelings can be coming up now to heal these old wounds.

This includes fear of change, fear of death, fear of facing our own morbidity, any regrets, or feeling victimized over past events that we cannot change, and all the clutter we have collected and accumulated over the year.

Your past is what will unlock your gift

Releasing all we can before the next cycle is essential. Many may feel they have lost their way, their purpose, their voice, their soul song, or even feel it has been stolen from them.

Empaths are born out of trauma, so come out of that cave you may have been hiding in and set your Spirit free!

Voices will no longer be muffled and remain in silence. It is time to publish your gifts and go public! It is time to sing a new song and sing it louder than before. And for that final purging, take time to look at the darker aspects of your own soul rather than that of another.

Become a Rose born of Winter’s Light

Are there feelings of anger or frustration that you cannot seem to move past? Or is there someone in your life past or present that has hurt you and you have not been able to tell them how you feel?

Take that energy or any pain inside of you and turn it into a positive experience. For example, through my own painful experiences this year I turned that energy into a positive experience by creating the daily Love offerings on my Facebook page, and a further project is in the making.

If you are fortunate enough not to be experiencing anything hurtful then be thankful. You may be able to reflect on a time when this was not so.

As we draw to the end of 2018, I am about to start on a new journey and I have no idea where it is taking me. I have a new song to sing, and as the Wheel of the Year turns, so do we all.

So I look forward to connecting with you all in 2019 as we walk through this journey called life heart to heart, soul to soul, as One Heart, One Love.
