Core Wounds

“Our sorrows and wounds are healed only when we touch them with compassion.”

Buddha

The Wisdom of the Wound

Our core wounds are now calling to be healed. Abandonment, Betrayal, Humiliation, Rejection, Injustice – these are just some of the wounds of the heart. All pain and suffering has a purpose – including the pain of depression.

The Soul of healing begins with you. To honour the soul we may need to go into the “darkness” from time to time and make contact with those parts of ourselves that we have rejected. To emerge and embrace our Shadow self is the ultimate act of self love that we can give to ourselves in these unprecedented times of evolution.

The Sacred Temple of the Mind

Many of you have been led to believe that there is something wrong with you, that something is broken, in need of fixing, needs changing or healing. You have been lead away from the most essential Truth of all – that YOU, as you are right now, ARE A DIVINE BEING.

At the Core of all Wounds is a Core Belief

Most of us have deep seated wounds in our consciousness that created lifelong thoughts, beliefs, manipulations, patterns of behaviour, habits and addictions, yet we are not aware of them because they play out in our spiritual womb – that is, the subconscious mind.

And at the core of all wounds is a thought or belief that we are not good enough, that we are un-loveable, or that we have done something wrong.

Life has given to each of us a core wound to be healed and a core purpose to be fulfilled – this is the soul-work that each of us is here to do.
